Therapy is a significant investment. You invest your time, your money, and your emotions. My goal is to provide you with effective, quality care to support you in your journey. Because of this I do not take insurance. This ensures treatment is tailored to your specific needs. 

When you begin therapy you are investing in yourself. You are giving yourself an opportunity to learn, grow, feel, and heal. Therapy is not just for those who are mentally ill or have fallen on hard times. Therapy is a space to be uplifted, supported, and celebrated in both the bad times and the good. Therapy offers the chance to be heard and the freedom to share without judgement. When you begin therapy you are taking a positive step toward a better you.

15 minute phone consultations are free.

50 minute individual sessions are $100.

Couples/Family sessions are $150

 Sessions can be conducted weekly, biweekly, or monthly based on your needs and goals for treatment. This can be discussed during your first session.
